Brand Strategy & Creative Development:
- Develop and champion a compelling brand vision, strategy, and positioning for Vadilal, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead the development of impactful brand campaigns across all channels (ATL, BTL, Digital) that resonate with target audiences and drive business results.
- Translate brand strategy into clear and concise creative briefs for agencies, outlining campaign objectives, target audience insights, and desired outcomes.
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on creative concepts and executions from agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- A key task would be to work with the MD and senior management, align on creative evaluation parameters help in guiding decision making by providing a framework for evaluation and helping in convergence while giving feedback to agencies in the development process.
- Champion creative excellence and raise the bar for all brand communications, pushing for innovative and impactful work that stands out in the market.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective execution of brand initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing,
- Product Development, and Operations, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
Media Management (Desirable, not mandatory):
- Contribute to the development and execution of media strategies across various channels to maximize brand reach and impact.
- Monitor media performance and optimize campaigns to achieve desired results
- 14+ years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in building and managing omnichannel brands.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, creative development, and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for the brand in which He/She is working and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry.
