Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager - Prime Broking MIS Support

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Prime Broking team as a Deputy Manager/Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and sharing daily prime broking requirements, including contest reports, daily reports, and any ad-hoc requests. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless support to the Prime Broking team, meeting workload demands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share daily prime broking reports and requirements.
  
• Handle ad-hoc requests from Prime Brokers promptly and accurately.
  
• Support the Prime Broking team with MIS, payout, and quality dashboard-related requirements.
  
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data and insights.
  
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for better efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting templates and dashboards.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in MIS reporting, preferably within the financial services industry.
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in prime broking or a related field.
  
• Experience in sales support
  
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
