HR Generalist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable HR generalist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both employees and management. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a supportive and professional manner.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Performance Management & Development:

• Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with management on training initiatives and professional development programs.

HR Compliance & Policy Management:

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, adapting practices to local regulations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Data & Reporting:

• Track and analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) to provide insights for improvement.
• Generate regular reports for leadership on HR activities and employee engagement trends.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

• Plan and execute team-building activities and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee well-being, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
