DigiHelic Solutions - SAP Warranty Management Consultant (4-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Warranty Management Consultant to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SAP LO-WTY module, with deep expertise in configuration, enhancement, and implementation.

This role requires a proactive individual capable of gathering requirements, conducting thorough testing, providing comprehensive training, and effectively leading meetings. The consultant will be responsible for setting up and demonstrating Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), managing RICEF developments, and writing detailed functional specifications. A strong background in SD pricing and familiarity with the VSR tool are essential.

Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering and Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warranty management requirements.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

SAP Warranty Management Configuration and Implementation :

- Configure and customize the SAP LO-WTY module to meet business needs.

- Implement and manage the IC/OC claim lifecycle, including claim versions and functionality.

- Configure quality code catalogs at header, version, and item levels.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Identify and resolve defects and issue

VSR Tool (Validations, Substitutions, Messages) :

- Utilize the VSR tool to implement validations, substitutions, and messages based on business rules.

- Manage business rules within the VSR tool.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP Warranty Management (LO-WTY).

- In-depth knowledge of IC/OC claim lifecycle, claim versions, and functionality.

- Extensive experience in SAP Warranty Management systems design, configuration, and enhancement.

- Strong background in SD pricing and pricing enhancements.

- Experience with quality code catalogs at header/version/item level.

- Experience with the VSR tool (Validations, Substitutions, Messages, business rules).

Desired Skills (Plus) :

- Experience with ACS Warranty Add-on.

- Familiarity with FICO integration and account keys.

- Knowledge of service contracts (VA42).

- Experience with Supplier Recovery and ARM.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in SAP Warranty Management.

- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.
