About the Role :

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant along with experience in SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration to join our team.

- This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in SAP TM and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end implementation projects.

- You will work closely with clients to understand their transportation and logistics needs, configure solutions, and optimize processes to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver SAP TM implementation projects, ensuring successful outcomes within timelines and budgets.

- Configure and optimize SAP TM modules, including transportation planning, order management, carrier selection, and optimization.

- Provide expertise in integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM) and third-party systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze transportation and logistics processes, identify gaps, and propose best practices.

- Work with SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration (B4NL) for efficient freight and carrier management.

- Support data migration, testing, and user training during implementation phases.

- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements to ensure client satisfaction.

- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP TM module.

- Proven expertise in SAP TM configuration, including key functionalities such as transportation planning, order management, and carrier optimization.

- Solid understanding of transportation and logistics processes and industry best practices.

- Experience with SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration (B4NL).

- Track record of delivering successful SAP TM implementation projects.

- Proficiency in SAP TM integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, including team leadership and timeline/budget management.

- SAP TM certification is a plus.
