SAP SD/LE Consultant (6-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/LE Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules of SAP, with strong business process knowledge, analytical skills, and consulting experience.

This role requires expertise in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SD/LE modules to enhance business processes.

- Analyze and optimize sales and logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as SAP FICO and Master Data Management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Perform system enhancements, customizations, and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.

- Ensure successful data migration, system upgrades, and SAP implementations.

- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system integration testing (SIT), and go-live support for SAP projects.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and IT departments, to align SAP solutions with business objectives.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.

- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring the effective adoption of SAP SD/LE functionalities.

- Keep up with SAP best practices, latest updates, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvements.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP LE (Logistics Execution).

- Strong knowledge of business processes in sales, order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and logistics execution.

- Experience in SAP FICO integration and Master Data management.

- Expertise in configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of SAP SD/LE modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process optimization.

- Knowledge of SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with teams remotely and on-site.

- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

- SAP certification in SD/LE or related areas is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
