DigiHelic Solutions - ServiceNow EAM Developer (6-8 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow's CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and its application within EAM. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing CMDB operations, ensuring data integrity, developing configuration management processes, and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications. The developer will also be responsible for generating reports, collaborating with stakeholders, providing training, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CMDB, including data entry, maintenance, and updates.

- Implement and maintain CMDB health dashboards and reports.

- Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB-related issues.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data within the CMDB by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.

- Develop and implement data quality rules and standards.

- Perform data cleansing and normalization activities.

- Develop and maintain configuration management processes, procedures, and policies to support EAM

initiatives.

- Implement and manage configuration item (CI) relationships and dependencies.

- Ensure compliance with configuration management standards and best practices:

- Integrate the CMDB with other IT service management (ITSM) and enterprise applications to enhance data flow and automation.

- Develop and maintain integrations using ServiceNow APIs and other integration tools.

- Experience with Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- Generate and distribute reports on CMDB data, including asset lifecycle, compliance, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience as a ServiceNow EAM Developer.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow's CMDB and its application within EAM.

- Experience with CMDB data modeling, normalization, and reconciliation.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).

- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST APIs and other integration technologies.

- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and configuration management principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

- Experience with ServiceNow performance analytics.

Desired Skills :

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).

- Experience with other EAM platforms.

- Experience with Asset Management.

Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
