JOB OVERVIEW

A Database Engineer - Developer designs, develops, and maintains efficient database systems to support software applications. They ensure data integrity, optimize database performance, and create reliable data storage solutions. Responsibilities include writing complex queries, developing stored procedures, and collaborating with developers to integrate databases with applications. Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FUNCTIONAL

Key Skills : MySQL & Mongo DB

• MS SQL Server, My SQL, Debugging, Database Management, Query Optimization, Database tuning,
• Data life cycle management Software development
• Hands-on database architecture and schema design experience.
• the creation of DB authentication principles, system and query performance tuning.
• Experience in supporting database servers and clusters.
• Good understanding of Game-Based projects.
• Strong experience in Linux command
• Experience in installation and configuring MongoDB servers
• Experience in user management operations.
• Implement appropriate indexes for performance improvement.
• Fine tune the configurations of mongo dB and servers for performance improvement.
• Implement optimal backup and recovery.
• Understand and optimize query performance.
• Identify slow queries
• Replication lags
• Node Failures
• Index Usage patterns
• CPU Usage
• Memory Usage
• Locks
• Evaluate, plan and perform the DB Upgrades.
