Business Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Manager to spearhead partnership development, sales prospecting, media planning, and P&L management. This role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and innovative thinking to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Identification & Lead Generation:

• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities both horizontally and vertically.
• Develop and implement a process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
• Measure and report on partnership results, including co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and event partnerships.
• Nurture and expand relationships with existing partners to foster growth.
• Generate qualified leads from partnerships and guide them through the sales funnel.

Sales Prospecting & Nurturing:

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate client needs.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base across multiple industries.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Client Satisfaction & Feedback:

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve results and client satisfaction.
• Collect feedback from partners, customers, and prospects to continuously refine strategies.

Media Planning & Strategy (Full Funnel / Organic & Paid):

• Develop media plans that align with client goals, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Assess the impact of media strategies and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives, providing key insights and recommendations for improvements on a regular basis.

Media Innovation & Team Growth:

• Champion innovation by integrating new marketing technologies and media channels into strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive developments, ensuring the company remains a leader in media planning.
• Facilitate training to enhance team capabilities and foster continuous learning.

Client Retention & Strategic Relations:

• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention by driving results through media strategies and innovation.
• Organize strategic meetings with clients to strengthen engagement and ensure sustained collaboration.

Team Collaboration & CXO Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with CXOs to align with the companys long-term vision and goals.
• Work cross-functionally to drive results across the entire client lifecycle.
• Lead innovative projects that improve delivery and results across the organization.
