About the Role

Job Description: As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work directly with the CEO/ COO, gaining hands-on experience in business strategy, sales, and digital marketing. This dynamic role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Support: Assist agency founders in developing and executing strategic initiatives, including market research, competitor analysis, and business development.
2. Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support to agency leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
3. Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the leadership team and internal departments, ensuring efficient information flow.
4. Project Coordination: Manage special projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts across teams to achieve goals and deadlines.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making, performance evaluation, and tracking key performance indicators.
6. Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategy.
7. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
8. Team Support: Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure alignment and coordination of agency-wide efforts.

What We Need

• Experience: 02 years (Freshers welcome).
• Education: Final/pre-final year student or recent graduate in Business, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication & persuasion skills.
• Sales acumen and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
• Bonus: Digital marketing knowledge or experience in a sales role.
