Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team.

As a member of our team, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of our web services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable web services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What you will do :

- Collaborate with product managers, scrum team members, and architects to implement QA testing strategy.

- Design, develop, and maintain software automation test suites, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and performance benchmarks.

- Create and execute manual testing procedures to validate data quality through well-structured test plans and test cases.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug product defects and provide timely solutions to customer issues.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and help drive technical innovation within the team.

- Understand compliance standards and ensure deliverables meet industry expectations.

- Develop a deep understanding of PKI products, architecture, and systems.

What you will have :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of professional experience in a software quality assurance or development role.

- Proficiency in the Java programming languages and a strong grasp of software testing methodologies.

- Expertise developing, consuming, and evolving RESTful web services.

- Knowledge of both relational (MySQL, MariaDB) and NoSQL/non-relational (Cassandra) databases.

- Proficiency in containerization with Docker and expertise in container orchestration utilizing Kubernetes and Helm.

- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and address complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Experience testing cloud native applications, services-based architecture, DevOps principles and continuous deployment.

- Understanding of secure coding practices and methodologies.

Nice to have :

- Experience with C++ programming language.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
