We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (Exp.-2-4 years) to join our team in Hosur/Bangalore.

Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile methodologies and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have 2+ of relevant experience working with Agile frameworks and possess a strong understanding of Scrum principles. Your primary focus will be on promoting collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the development team to achieve project goals effectively.

Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.

Ensure that the team adheres to the Scrum framework and follows Agile best practices.
Coach and mentor, the development team in Agile principles and practices. Foster a self-organizing, collaborative, and motivated team environment.

Remove any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Monitor and report on the team's progress using Agile metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time.
Identify areas for improvement and proactively implement process enhancements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and organization.

Encourage a culture of innovation and learning, focusing on optimizing Agile methodologies for better efficiency and effectiveness. 
Identify potential risks and issues that may affect project timelines or quality. Work with the team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Foster open and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders. Keep all relevant parties informed about project status, changes, and updates.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Agile methodologies. Advocate for the adoption of best practices to enhance the team's Agile capabilities.

Skills Required:

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role within a software development environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles, values, and Scrum framework.  
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.  
Ability to adapt Agile practices to suit project and team needs while maintaining core Agile principles.
Experience with Agile project management tools and software.
Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
