Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT/ ITES)

• We re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, great with people, and isn t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get hands on.
• Executes talent acquisition processes to meet hiring goals and serves as primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates. Engages as thought partner with the business to understand talent needs, challenges and culture.
• Translates understanding into actionable strategies for identifying, assessing and hiring world-class talent.
• Ensures a positive candidate interviewing experience. Tracks search metrics and provides updates to hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team. Proactively builds a diverse candidate pipeline and supports ongoing corporate diversity efforts.
• Work assignments may align with a specialized recruiting discipline, including, but not limited to university, executive, diversity or technical.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4-7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition for IT/ ITES Industry.
• Experience in hiring for IT Sector is a must.
• In-depth hands on experience of full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing with healthy source mix
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
• Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Have a willingness to be flexible and go that extra mile for Customer Delight Experience
• Participates in Talent Acquisition efforts for large functional or multiple organizational unit(s).
• Participates in and provides senior-level support to team and cross-functional projects.
• For assigned areas, handles complex technical, professional and senior-level hiring.
• Helps hiring managers develop internal and external Talent Acquisition strategies.
• Surfaces and pro-actively proposes solutions to key Talent Acquisition issues with internal stakeholders.
• Modifies and applies innovative and successful candidate negotiation and close strategies.
• Manages external agency recruiters.
• Excellent Compensation Negotiation skills.

• Overseeing recruitment delivery and operations. Partner closely with the business teams to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with People s strategies.
• Using industry knowledge and experience to identify and attract the best talent in technical or business baseline.
• Determining current hiring needs and produce forecasts
• Developing a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
• Creating, organizing, and implementing new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve the quality of hires
• Developing and overseeing innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
• Actively leveraging a network/user group base to promote the brand and tap into potential talent.
• Planning procedures for improving the candidate experience
• Work in Collaboration with other Inhouse Teams for TA Operational Efficiency.
