• Must have STRONG Written and Oral Communication Skills.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, participate in different sales promotional events.
• Arrange customer site visits to understand customer needs and preferences and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
• Stay updated on new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Provide regular feedback to management on lead quality, conversion rates and area for improvement.

Job Description for Presales Executive: -

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Handling calls for customer inquiries.
• Proactively follow up with leads generated.
• Coordination with sales team, monitoring them with client about site visit for lead conversion.
• Ensure efficient follow ups, maintain accurate database of the call, periodical presentation.
• Maintain team relationship.

• Arranging home visits for clients till site if demanded.
• Educate customer for current portfolio of all projects.
