Job Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team in Gurugram.
- The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, a strong understanding of the property market, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for client acquisition, team leadership, sales strategy implementation, and achieving sales targets.
- This role involves direct sales, relationship management, and collaboration with our Dubai team to explore cross-border real estate opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and engage with potential buyers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
- Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and site visits.
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings to close deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales campaigns and promotional activities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Address client concerns and queries promptly to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure transparency in documentation, legal formalities, and contract negotiations.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with the Dubai team for cross-location sales opportunities.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline sales operations.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to the management.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Real Estate, Business, or Marketing preferred).
- 2+ years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of closing high-value property deals.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing strategies.
- Understanding of real estate laws, legal documentation, and RERA regulations.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends
