SAP Specialist - MM Module (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP MM Configuration & Implementation :

a. Configure SAP MM settings to meet client requirements, including :

- Setting up material master data, vendor master data, purchasing groups, purchasing organizations, and pricing procedures.

- Ensure all configurations align with the client's business processes and requirements.

2. Client Collaboration & Requirement Gathering :

- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions that fulfill these needs.

- Coordinate with the business team to document requirements, create and review user stories, functional specifications, and solution documents.

3. Testing & Validation :

- Perform functional unit testing and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing guidance on best practices and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.

4. Ongoing SAP MM Support :

- Provide continuous support for SAP MM activities, including Automatic Payment Program, Foreign Currency Valuation, Substitution and Validation, month-end and year-end activities, and the settlement process.

- Monitor scheduled jobs and manage failure resolution efficiently.

5. Documentation & Training :

- Create detailed documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and system configuration documents.

- Train end users on SAP MM functionalities and best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- SAP MM Expertise : In-depth knowledge of SAP MM, especially in P2P, STO, and consignment processes.

- SAP HANA Migration : Hands-on experience in SAP HANA migration projects.

- Payment & Valuation Processes : Familiarity with Automatic Payment Program, Foreign Currency Valuation, and related financial activities.

- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of SAP objects, data mapping, and basic import/export methods is a plus.

- Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in issue resolution and job monitoring.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MM consulting and support roles.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
