Position Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of our SAP S4/HANA system.

- You will ensure the system's stability, security, and optimal performance while supporting our core business operations.

- This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and troubleshooting issues related to SAP Basis and S4/HANA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain the SAP S4/HANA environment, ensuring seamless system operations.

- Monitor system performance, perform regular tuning, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

- Implement and oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure SAP aligns with business goals.

- Manage SAP security, user authorizations, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP administration, configurations, and system performance.

- Provide technical support and training to SAP users as required.

- Work with external vendors and consultants when needed to ensure optimal system functioning.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Experience :

- 3-5 years in SAP Basis administration and SAP S4/HANA systems, including hands-on experience in implementation projects.

Skills :

- Proficiency in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP systems.

- Strong understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications : SAP Basis or SAP S4/HANA administration certifications are a plus.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
