Hiring Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for PLC software development roles, including defining job requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Strategic Workforce Planning: Work closely with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and create hiring strategies that align with business objectives.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, industry events, etc.) to identify qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads, technical leads, and HR to understand team requirements, and advise on best practices for recruitment and selection.
• Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews in partnership with the engineering team.
• Employer Branding: Promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, attending industry events, and implementing employee referral programs.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Recruitment Analytics: Maintain recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Onboarding Support: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, facilitating their integration into the team and company culture.
