Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in handling and analyzing data and developing dashboards for audience of 1000 +. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting large datasets to drive insights that optimize transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs) related to fleet management, route optimization, and delivery performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that support decision-making.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Use statistical models and data visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to present findings effectively.
• Support predictive analytics to enhance transport planning and reduce costs.
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and documentation for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain domains.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of transport and logistics KPIs, such as on-time delivery, vehicle utilization, and cost analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to present data findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with transport management systems (TMS) and fleet tracking software.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or cloud-based analytics platforms.
