Job Description
- Conduct mechanical inspections on Plant machinery and equipment s to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations
- Perform tests and measurements on mechanical components to evaluate performance and diagnose mechanical problems
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Create inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections
- Communicate findings and recommendations to Technical Cell Head and maintenance teams, and follow-up for closure
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices to improve the quality of inspections and testing.
- Support in planning and developing preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and longevity of plant equipments
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
