Job Description

Overall responsible for quality of input materials, intermediate and finished product & Knowledge to conduct optimization studies as and when required.

Responsible for maintaining adequate stock quantity of raw material required for plant operation & Responsible for 5S Implementation for the Section.

Responsible for arranging the required chemicals/glassware and other consumables required for laboratory functioning.

Ensure that quality of product at every stage of unit operation shall meet the required quality parameters and norms.

He has to ensure that sampling at every stage (as per sampling plan) of operation is done correctly and tested as per the procedure and timely corrective actions are taken on the basis of test results.

Ensure that quality of product at every stage of manufacturing meets the norms given in sampling Plan.

Ensure timely calibration of laboratory equipment as per norms and statutory requirements

Department budget preparation and adherence to manage activities within allocated budget

He is responsible for Generating and sending all relevant reports pertaining to Quality in time, to all concerned.
