- Implements all phases of sales process & targets.
- Develops sales plans, identifies and penetrates new accounts.
- Develops relationships at the operational and mid-management levels of customers.
- She/he will participate in cross-functional work teams to bring value-added business.
- Leads contract issues/requirements to support negotiation activities.
- Responsible for Business Expansion
- Responsible for business generation through New Accounts in the specified geographical area
- Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales and handling clients efficiently
- Setting targets and take corrective action when needed, review performance with team members
- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures
- Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory
Requirements:
- 1-3 yrs of experience in corporate sales/Business development
- Graduation in any stream
