Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Study estimates, drawings, and specifications to plan construction projects.
  
• Ensure time management and work efficiency through effective planning and supervision.
  
• Manage site activities, including material procurement, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  
• Prepare an execution plan by coordinating with subordinates and laborers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of building construction processes, materials science, and project coordination principles.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
