Job Description :-We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying opportunities, selling our products/ services, and achieving sales targets. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Responsible for sales of the entire range of the products for the assigned area.2. Sales promotion within sales policies framework.3. Product launch/ relaunch to establish product in market & achieve/ exceed defined sales targets.4. Collection of the payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups of depot/ CSA.5. Ensure commercial discipline in the assigned area.6. Relationship building & coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.7. Collection and compilation of relevant Business & competitor information from market8. Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority9. Any other related task assigned by HODSKILLS: Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills & Leadership skills, Dealers/Distribution creation and team HandlingMust have knowledge of:

• Experience in FMCG
• Knowledge of local market
• Knowledge of General Trade Sales
• Knowledge of local language of assigned area
• Knowledge of MS Office

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have a minimum 1-6 Yrs experience in FMCG Sales
• Proficient in communication skills
• Graduation is a must
• Age should be between 21 yrs- 32 yrs
• Locations:Barasat, Bankura, SouthKolkata.
