Mechanical Engineer Trainee

We are currently seeking a mechanical engineer, who will be part of maintenance team and executing for overall maintenance of the greenhouse equipment and installations.

JOB DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carrying out maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Maintenance of various equipment and systems, such as Pumps, PVC fittings, Gearbox, Motors, electronics valves, pressure switch, pressure tank, etc.
• Maintaining irrigation equipment and systems.
• Maintaining specialized HVAC system.
• Performing periodic inspections on plant, machinery and automated systems.
• Ensuring that machinery and equipment are kept in good working order.
• Checking repaired components and machinery to ensure normal functionality has been restored.
• Maintain records and reports as required.
• Scheduling planned and preventive maintenance work.
• Ensuring SOP as per OEM.
• Establishing guidelines and best practices, and usage of equipment and installations.
• Operating and calibrating test instruments.
• Build solutions which is easily configurable, deploy-able and secure in greenhouse environment to overcome challenges in the system.
• Identify the recent technologies that can be used for the hydroponic cultivation inside the greenhouse.
• Work closely with the Growers team and electrical team to develop great technical design and approach for new product development/installation.
• Identification of the opportunities to improve system efficiency and reliability
• Recommend the development methodology and framework for the project.
• Develop and maintain a world class culture of safety to be adhered by all employees and contractors at site.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized and accredited institution.

EXPERIENCE: 0-3 Yrs.

POSITION: Trainee (Fresher)/Executive (Experienced)

Salary upto Rs. 27000/- CTC
