Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and customer behavior, combined with excellent project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Manage and optimize the performance of online marketplaces, websites, and digital platforms.
• Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management across e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze sales data, website performance, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay updated on e-commerce best practices.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, PPC, and SEO.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
