Job Profile

Manage and oversee legal cases in civil courts, criminal courts, NCLT, DRT, Sarfaesi, and other statutory Tribunals.

Handle Arbitration matters from filing to pursuing.

Manage police complaints and drafting and filing criminal complaints across India and travelling to southern regions of India for handling any legal matters.

Handle IP infringement cases, including filing and pursuing legal actions through empaneled advocate.

Ensure timely preparation, vetting, and filing of pleadings.

Conduct legal research and analyze case laws relevant to ongoing matters.

Organize and present documentary evidence, analyze weak cases, and pursue settlements beneficial to the company.

Communicate key legal issues promptly to CEO.

Coordinate with external lawyers, brief them about cases, and manage their involvement.

Report pending litigation to the CEO

Draft notices, replies, and other legal documents as required.

Maintain Management Information System (MIS) of notices, litigations, and updates.

Maintain synopsis of each legal matter and update as necessary.

Manage and organize database of all case-related documents and notices.

Total Experience in Years 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in a similar role , preferred NBFC
