1.Technical/Techno-functional Consultant

Skills: Core HR, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, fast formulas

• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience with domain knowledge of at least 2 of the following: Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning
• Required Expertise in writing module based Fast Formulas and EL expressions.
• Required Extensive experience in developing OTBI Analytics & Dashboards, BI Publisher reports, bursting techniques
• Required – Expertise in developing Outbound interfaces using HCM Extracts
• Required – Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML
• Experience in using HDLs, Spreadsheets Loaders for Data loading
• Experience in development of BPM Workflow reports, REST & Web Services
• Build Custom Security components to Fusion HCM which includes Create/Modify Data roles and its Security Profiles, Job Roles, Application Roles and Duty Roles at APM, OIM and Security Console
• Fusion certification is a must

2.Functional Consultant(Talent and Compensation position)

-   6+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules

-    Should have at least 1 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

-     Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.

-     Should have worked extensively on Core HR, Talent and Compensation modules

-     Should have good communication and presentation skills

-     Must have good understanding of AIMOUM processes, phases and documentation

-     Must be an individual contributor

-     Fusion HCM Certification is a must.

3.Functional Consultant(Core HR, Security, Learning/Compensation)

-      6+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules

-       Should have at least 1 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

-        Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
