Responsibilities :

As a Senior Product Designer (Design Systems), you would focus on overseeing the creation, implementation, and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly designs.

- Maintain Figma Design Systems, ensuring alignment across design teams.

- Oversee component library management, creating reusable and consistent components for scalability.

- Implement and manage design tokens to standardize visual properties across projects.

- Define and enforce global styles (colors, typography, spacing) to ensure a consistent design language.

- Monitor and implement version control in Figma, tracking design updates and maintaining design history.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive design system documentation to guide team collaboration and ensure consistency.

Qualifications :

To thrive in this role, you should have :

- B.Des/ M.Des/ Degree in Interaction/ Communication/ User Experience or similar Degrees

- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects and astrong design process.

- Familiarity with industry-standard design methodologies, including Design Thinking and Agile/Scrum.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, such as WCAG.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.

- Understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design.

Skills :

- Figma Design Systems : Expertise in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma.

- Component Library Management : Ability to create reusable, scalable, and consistent components.

- Design Tokens : Proficient in implementing design tokens to standardize design properties (color, typography, spacing).

- Global Styles : Strong understanding of defining and enforcing global styles to ensure consistency across products.

- Version Control : Knowledge of version control tools and practices in Figma to manage design iterations and updates.

- Design System Documentation : Skilled in documenting design systems, guidelines, and standards for team collaboration.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively with design, development, and product teams.

- Responsive Design : Experience in creating scalable, responsive UI components across devices and platforms.

- Attention to Detail : Ensuring pixel-perfect designs and maintaining consistency across design elements.

- Prototyping & Handoff : Proficient in prototyping and smooth design handoffs to development teams.
