Assistant Manager / Manager Project Design For KFC & Pizza Hut brand.

Role & responsibilities

1. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
2. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills
3. The Project Design incumbent is responsible for initiating and creating the project designs and plan with the responsibility for preparing presentations and designing drawings.
4. Site Feasibilities
5. Coordination with BD (Business Developers).
6. Travelling on sites to take measurements and also to check if site is feasible for having a Pizza Hut/KFC
7. Store.
8. Check site regarding service required for Kitchen that includes drainage, Exhaust/Fresh air location, DG,
9. Electricity required.
10. Prepare Feasibility reports Sharing and coordinating reports with internal team members.
11. Sharing AutoCAD with measurements with internal team for further working .
12. Preparing Layout as per YUM guidelines Stage 1
13. Preparing layouts (BoH and FoH)based on the model suggested by Market Manager.
14. Get it approved by Internal team
15. Getting Approvals on layout by YUM
16. Coordination with YUM for layout approvals
17. Revise after incorporating suggestions and revise it further for getting approval so that it can be shared with various stakeholders in DIL
18. Approval of Design Package (DP) as per YUM guidelines
19. Preparing DPs and coordinating with YUM and MEP team for approvals
20. Revise after incorporating suggestions and send for approval for YUM
21. If store is at mall, send for Mall approvals
22. Preparing Good for Construction Drawings (GFC)
23. Preparing GFCs after DP approval
24. Preparing GFCs after DP approval
25. Vendor Coordination
26. Coordinating and providing drawings to vendor for costing and site execution purpose
27. Site Coordination
28. After sending drawings to Projects team, help them to solve their queries if any.
29. Resolve issues /revise drawings per site conditions
30. Communicate Revisions to YUM
31. If there are any changes in drawings due to site conditions, it should be communicated to YUM for their closure and documentation
