Devops Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

• 1-5 years of experience in running large scale production environments
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience deploying, scaling, and maintaining Kafka clusters.
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as MariaDB (MySQL experience is also applicable).
• Experience working with Snowflake and other cloud-based data lakes is a plus.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Infrastructure Automation: Terraform, Ansible
• Version Control & Code Review: GitHub (for code repositories and code reviews)
• Task Management: Jira (for issue tracking and agile workflows)
• Documentation: Confluence (for creating and maintaining team documentation)
• Monitoring & Logging: PMM (Percona Monitoring and Management), Datadog, LogicMonitor
• Messaging Systems: Kafka
• Databases: MariaDB (or MySQL), Snowflake
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure (depending on company infrastructure)
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
