Systems related

• Complete understanding on the process and systems of DevInsights business
• Vendor management related to payments and addressing queries etc.
• Checking and verifying all payments- salaries, vendor payment, rentals, electricity, etc.
• Review of current accounting system and upgrade for smooth operations-

1. Field travel advance

2. Field audit financial with respect to activities performed

3. Travel settlement

4. Vendor invoicing and payments (Documentation, Due diligence etc)

5. Client invoicing

• Monthly and quarterly financial forecasting - TDS and GST computation and filling with appropriate authorities
• Mandatory ROC filings
• Book keeping

Organization development related

• Continuously monitoring financial status of the company
• Develop financial dashboard (using Excel) and update on weekly basis
• Preparing MIS reports
• Bank reconciliation and timely communication with banks
• Update & analysis of P&L statement
• Participate in weekly meetings with project team and admin/accounts team and ensure actions are taken

Project specific related

• Review and finalize contracts and share with concerned team.
• Prepare contract for field consultant, in coordination with field team
• Invoicing and follow up on payments with clients
• Processing travel advance and verify travel expenses
• Ensuring timely and smooth transfer of funds for smooth field operations
• Advance settlements
• Travel to field locations for financial audit and activity auditing
• Any other task as assigned by the supervisor
