Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the life insurance or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, sales strategies, and industry regulations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
