SBI Life - Development Manager (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of development officers to achieve sales and operational targets.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge of life insurance products and effective sales strategies.

- Ensure that development activities align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple development projects to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage project timelines and ensure that all milestones are met without compromising quality.

- Identify risks and create mitigation plans to address challenges proactively.

- Allocate resources effectively across development initiatives to maximize efficiency.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to streamline processes and achieve project goals.

- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's reach and enhance its portfolio.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and corporate clients, to drive business growth.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that promote SBI Life Insurance's products and services.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess team productivity and project success.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the life insurance or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful development projects.

- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, sales strategies, and industry regulations.
