We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer with a strong scripting background to join our dynamic team! If you're passionate about IT Asset Management and have deep expertise in ServiceNow, this is the role for you.

🔍 Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow ITAM Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing the IT Asset Management (ITAM) module on the ServiceNow platform. You will leverage your scripting expertise to customize solutions and improve ITAM workflows for optimal performance and usability.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITAM functionalities, including asset discovery, lifecycle management, and reconciliation.
Customize workflows and business rules using JavaScript and other scripting languages.
Create and maintain custom scripts for process automation and data integration.
Ensure accurate asset data collection, tracking, and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ITAM module.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ITAM best practices.
Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features to improve system efficiency.

🎓 Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting tools.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization, including UI pages, catalog items, and workflows.
Solid understanding of CMDB and asset lifecycle management.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and its integration with ITAM is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
