Servicenow Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and configuring the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow applications and workflows, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, and custom applications.

Manage the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, security roles, and permissions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of existing ServiceNow applications.

Develop and maintain documentation for all custom applications, workflows, and processes.

Assist with ServiceNow upgrades and new feature implementations.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Asset Management.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
