DynPro -Saleforce Copado Developer - Deployment & Configuration (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities : .

Deployment Management : .

- Plan, execute, and manage Salesforce deployments using Copado.

- Handle Copado configurations, including pipelines, user stories, and environments.

- Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide resolution to ensure smooth releases.

CI/CD Implementation :

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support Salesforce development lifecycle.

- Integrate Copado with source control systems like Git, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.

- Automate deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and stakeholders to understand deployment needs.

- Provide guidance to teams on best practices for version control, branching, and merging.

- Train team members on using Copado effectively for deployments.

Environment and Release Management :

- Manage Salesforce environments and ensure they are in sync across the development lifecycle.

- Implement and manage sandbox seeding processes using Copado.

- Maintain and monitor release schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.

Quality Assurance :

- Perform preand post-deployment validations to ensure data integrity and functionality.

- Work with QA teams to incorporate automated testing into the CI/CD process.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce deployment and release management.

- Hands-on experience with Copado deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Salesforce development and administration.

- Strong understanding of Copado features such as branching, pipelines, and user stories.

- Experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)

- Knowledge of Salesforce metadata and change sets.

- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
