Job Description
- Develop & Configure SecOps Modules Implement and manage ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence (TI), and Configuration Compliance (CC).
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Management – Design and configure DLP policies, integrate with DLP tools (Microsoft Purview, Symantec, McAfee, Forcepoint), and ensure compliance with data security regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- ServiceNow Scripting & Automation – Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs to automate security operations.
- Security Tool Integrations – Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel) and Threat Intelligence Platforms (STIX/TAXII, MITRE ATT&CK) for enhanced security monitoring.
- Incident Response & Threat Management – Work with SOC teams to investigate security incidents, automate remediation workflows, and improve incident response processes.
- CMDB & Asset Management – Maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integrity to ensure security compliance and asset visibility.
- Compliance & ITIL Best Practices – Ensure SecOps implementations align with ITIL processes, risk management policies, and industry security standards for effective governance.
