Sales Manager

• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile

• 3 years experience in Metal Working Fluids is required. Experience in a metalworking chemical / lubricant industrial sales environment.
• Technical knowledge and use of lubricants, RPs, cooling/cutting fluids, protective and cleaners in metal manufacturing processes.
• Have a track record of successfully selling new technology and value concepts
• Prior experience in plant and equipment in Marine/Offshore or in Oil and Gas industry
• Engineering background with knowledge of asset preservation principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• You possess excellent interpersonal as we'll as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work we'll in fast paced environments
