Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Projects

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AGM to lead and oversee large-scale commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate interior fit-out work, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring project success, client satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.
• Project Planning: Oversee project plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client needs.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction throughout the project.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency across all project phases.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes; manage project risks.
• Sub-Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, timely work, and contract compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular reports to senior management on project status and financial performance.
• Site Visits PAN India: Conduct regular site visits across multiple locations in India to oversee project progress, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
• Quality Assurance: During site visits, ensure that work is executed according to the project specifications and meets the companys high-quality standards.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address any on-site issues promptly, working with the project team to resolve challenges and ensure minimal impact on project timelines and budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with local teams, vendors, and clients during site visits to ensure alignment with project goals and maintain strong relationships.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor the physical progress of multiple ongoing projects across India, ensuring that the work adheres to schedules and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience: 10-15 years in corporate interior fit-out project management, with proven leadership and client management skills.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD. Strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills.
