We are hiring for Project Manager (Electrical & Interior) for our organization based out at Noida Sector - 127, who will be managing Govt Project and will be travelling across India based on the Project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Management of Govt project more into developing of examination centers.
• Taking care of Interior and electrical project management.
• Design and develop comprehensive project plans for setting up examination centers, with a focus on electrical systems.
• Assess site-specific electrical requirements and create detailed work schedules and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards.

Vendor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors and contractors for electrical installations and other project needs.
• Manage vendor contracts, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors and escalate issues as required.

Electrical System Management:

• Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, power supply, and backup systems.

Coordination and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, facilities, and administration, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and clearances related to electrical work.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians, technicians, and support staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance productivity and quality.
• Monitor team performance and foster a collaborative work environment.

Quality Assurance and Reporting:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to improve project processes.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Has to be honest towards work and with good presentation and communication skill.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of setting up facilities or similar projects.
