Lead Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers, providing direction, mentorship, and support across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project objectives, ensuring alignment throughout the process.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed plans, including layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve seamless execution of design plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to quality and design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies to introduce innovative solutions to projects.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, contracts, and communication records.
• Represent the company in client meetings, fostering long-term relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing high-end corporate or commercial interior projects.
• Expertise in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, construction processes, and premium design standards.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
