Test Engineer

Title: - Test Engineer

Experience: - 2- 4 yrs.

Responsibilities:

• Test case writing and review
• Test execution Manual
• Test reporting, bug reporting
• Analysis of stories and bugs

Experience required:

• Strong Manual Testing skills
• Ability to prepare Test Design and write test cases from requirements, test execution
• Knowledge of Software testing life cycle & application life cycle.

Competence:

• Good analytical skills
• Good team player
• Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Ability to drive the discussion with the various stakeholders across Geographical teams
• Ability to make the Right and Quality based Technical Decisions in the interest of Organization
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-Starter and Self-Motivated Individual
• Open mind and willingness to learn from peers, and help them grow as testers

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate from IT/Computers stream
• ISTQB/CSTE equivalent certified
