Your key responsibilities

As FX & Rates Trader in GEM Asia India Local Markets India you will be responsible for:

• Pricing and executing Corporate and Institutional client flows
• Risk managing Flows and banks inventory positions across suite of products
• Responsible for execution, trade capture and PNL signoff of trading book
• Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on flow automation
• Client engagement - Market share acquisition.
• Help the trading desk with Daily activities and macro analysis
• Home of Best Fit ensuring that strategic processes are performed in the most efficient and cost effective location Regulatory & audit interaction support leadership team in ensuring that regulatory and audit requests are managed professionally and diligently

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Knowledge of India Local Markets and products
• Knowledge of genesis of Client flows (i.e. Export, Import, Dividend, etc )
• An understanding and proficiency in managing trading books FX and interest rate risk
• Team player, willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team.
• Creative personality. Innovative track record.
• Strong networking / communication skills
• 'Can do' positive attitude
• Quick learner
