Process Re-Engineering Lead, Assistant Vice President (AVP)

The Change Team plays a significant role in ensuring a portfolio of projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. This person will focus on leading and supporting the adoption of the strategic Perimeter.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management plans that maximize in achieving the given goals and minimize resistance.

Your key responsibilities

• Owner of end-to-end delivery of key milestone deliverables by adopting a structured methodology to support full adoption.
• Assess the change impact. Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design activities to agree appropriate deliverables.
• Ensure senior stakeholders are communicated with on a timely basis and aligned with programme deliverables.

Your skills and experience

• Good analytical and problem solving experience.
• Demonstration of excellent communication skills, influencing and presentation skills, experience in managing Client relationships to drive change.
• experience in Change Management, Data Analysis and transformation projects.
• Working knowledge of KYC and Client on-boarding processes advantageous.
• ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization.
