• Proven experience in automotive engineering with specialization in at least one of the following areas: body in white, interior and exterior Trims, chassis design, powertrain, or driveline
• develop functional objectives, build objectives, DVP&R / DFMEA & manage the production supplier to meet all requirements.
• Provide feasibility input for development of designs through the advanced engineering team and work closely with the other functional areas packaged in the adjacent area closely work with the cross functional teams to ensure the critical objectives are met.
• Develop functional objectives, build objectives, DVP&R / DFMEA & manage the production supplier to meet all requirements.
• Knowledge of design considerations required for plastic/composite/sheet metal & casting components.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., UGNX, CATIA)
• Engineering PLM (Teamcenter/Equi) release experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with automotive safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement
• Should have minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
• Accredited Engineering degree from Reputed institutions.
