Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute PPC campaigns across search engines (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), social media, and display networks.
• Utilize WhatsApp and email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive conversions.
• Manage and optimize campaigns with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes.
• Work with HubSpot to set up campaigns, workflows, and automation, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and creative, to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets.
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance and complement paid efforts.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and customer journey optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with PPC campaigns, SEO, and email/WhatsApp marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display advertising.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• In-depth understanding of SEO and its integration with performance marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
• Ability to optimize and scale campaigns based on performance data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

• Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
