Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to
strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts
of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
The Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control
throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Initiation:
○ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational
objectives.
○ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
○ Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.

2. Project Execution:
○ Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
○ Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.
○ Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.

3. Risk Management:
○ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
○ Monitor and manage project risks and issues to minimize impact on project
delivery.

4. Budget Management:
○ Develop and manage project budgets.
○ Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.

5. Quality Assurance:
○ Establish and maintain quality standards for deliverables.
○ Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational policies.

6. Stakeholder Communication:
○ Regularly report project status to stakeholders and senior management.
○ Manage expectations and resolve any conflicts among stakeholders.

7. Documentation:
○ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress
reports, and post-project evaluations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Masters
degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT Software Development Projects.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or
Waterfall.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
