Job Title: Delivery Manager-IT Services

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team in the IT
Services industry. The ideal candidate will lead the successful delivery of multiple projects for
multinational clients, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline
expectations. The role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, team collaboration, and
continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery:
○ Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services projects for multinational clients.
○ Ensure project deliverables meet the agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
○ Proactively address project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful
outcomes.
2. Client Management:
○ Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and
repeat business.
○ Provide regular project updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients.
3. Team Leadership:
○ Manage cross-functional project teams, including developers, testers, and
support staff.
○ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
○ Mentor and support team members to achieve their professional goals.
4. Process Management:
○ Implement best practices in project management, ensuring alignment with
industry standards.
○ Monitor and improve delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
○ Ensure compliance with client requirements, contracts, and SLAs.
5. Financial Management:
○ Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
○ Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value addition for clients.
○ Report financial performance metrics to senior management.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
○ Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless
project transitions.
○ Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and align
project outcomes accordingly.
Key Qualifications:
● Experience:
○ Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in IT services, with at least 35 years in a
delivery management role.
○ Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-client IT projects.
● Education:
○ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
● Skills:
○ Strong understanding of IT services delivery, project management methodologies
(Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
○ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
○ Leadership and team management skills with experience in managing
multicultural, cross-functional teams.
○ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex client requirements.
● Technical Knowledge:
○ Familiarity with enterprise technologies, cloud platforms, and modern software
development practices.
○ Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
