Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and technically adept Project Manager to spearhead the execution of complex technical projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring projects meet all quality and compliance standards. As a strategic thinker and problem-solver, you will proactively identify and mitigate risks, while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Lead and manage the execution of multiple complex technical projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering scope, resources, and potential risks.
- Secure and effectively manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster open communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee quality control procedures and ensure all deliverables meet established standards.
- Analyze project data and identify opportunities for improvement in future projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field required.
- Project management certification PMP or ACP or CSM from accredited institution preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- 4-6 years of experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with relevant project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project etc., and other software.
