Role & responsibilities
Monitor the sales and collection for the region Bangalore
Follow up with all the team members about the daily activities, what is going on what they are doing
Taking reports intern making reports and present it to senior bosses for further analyses
Roaming in the market with members to meet dealers, site, contractors, architects etc.
Motivate them to do the sales as desired, getting the status and let them know how to reach the balance required numbers.
Attending complaints as and when needed where the matter is required attention of the senior person
Help members to get the numbers by meeting dealers, formulating schemes, and convert enquiries in to order
Major thrust on collections, strong monitoring and ensure the dues will not go above the required period
Find out the ways and instruct the concerns how to go about the things
Have a close track on the marketing activities of the competition, like their rates, what are their strategies etc.
Active participation in marketing activity of the dealers, sub dealers, sampling of the products etc
Ensuring the required margins for the region on balancing the rates in retail and projects orders
Keeping watch and guide the BDM team to reach the required architect, corporate firms for the presentation to gain the maximum orders.
Help in liquidating slow moving stocks, b and c quality by finding the required counters who all are master in selling this category.
Setting targets for the team in volume and value so that regions required goals can be achieved.
Coordinating on behalf of the team with morbi team for dispatches, availability and production schedule of the required skus
Working with minimal man power so as not to disturb the existing budget and gain maximum realization for the company.
Handling the dealers and counters wherever required man power is absent or not there.
Be after marketing team to introduce the products which are in demand in the market so that those products can be sold and profits can be generated.
Handling dealers grievances and reach to solution which is win situation for both company and dealers.
Finding out the virgin territories or where our presence is not up to the mark and ensure appointment of party’s there to gain our market share.
Help the team to crack the dealers where it’s not happening by them.
